Le mercredi 7 juillet 2010, le CLIC France a organisé son 10ème atelier sur le thème « générer des revenus gr ce au téléphone mobile ».

Merci à  la RMN et à  Valérie Bex pour l’accueil aux Galeries Nationales du Grand Palais.

19 professionnels représentant les institutions suivantes (Centre Pompidou, Cinémathèque Française, Cité de la Musique, Fondation Cartier, Le 104, Musée d’Orsay, Musées de Rennes, Musée Guimet, Opéra National de Paris, Parc de la Villette, Paris Musées, RMN)   ont participé à  cette rencontre.

Intervention 1 : Paris Musées et Pixee

Application Pixee

Principe :application iphone permettant d’accéder à  des informations textes, audios et video en prenant en photo une affiche, un b timent   ou un objet.

Application lancée à  la mi juin 2010 avec l’exposition Dynasty (. 30 000 téléchargements en 3 semaines.)

1er partenaire musées : Paris Musées

Paris Musées est délégataire de sp de la Ville de paris depuis 1985 pour l’organisation des expositions des musées de la Ville de Paris.

PM a été impliquée dans le développement de l’application Pixee.

Objectif principal : outil de communication et de marketing. l’application est un nouveau média.

Aujourd’hui des musées hors Paris Musées ont rejoint Pixee : Musée Guimet, Manufacture des Gobelins et Musée du Quai Branly.

Modèle économique : l’application est gratuite. ce sont les musées ou lieux culturels qui paient leur présence de manière durable forfaitaire ou pour une exposition (coà»t : 1 000 euros par expo, production incluse).

L’application permet également l’achat en ligne via un lien vers la billetterie paris.fr et devrait donc augmenter les recettes de billetterie.

Extensions :

. lancement sous android et blackberry d’ici la fin de l’été.

. lancement d’un service « presse augmentée » : accès à  des infos enrichies via la lecture de la presse.

Intervention 2 : Smart Apps / Application iPhone exposition Munch à  la Pinacothèque

Smart Apps a lancé les applications payantes des musées Pinacothèque de Paris et Jacquemart André.

Premiers exemples d’exploitation commerciale longue durée d’applications iphone payantes sur des expositions temporaires.

Retour sur l’expérience expo Munch / Pinacothèque

Prix unitaire : 2,99 euros, 5 000 téléchargements en 4 mois, 9 000 euros de recettes (après commission Apple), 50% des téléchargements in situ via le réseau wifi installé dans le musée.

Conseil : se concentrer sur l’iPhone et ne pas hésiter à  placer le prix au minimum à  2,99 euros. NE PAS BRADER LE CONTENU CULTUREL.

. appli mixte (teasing gratuit et contenus enrichis payants)

. application iPad avec contenu enrichi

. création d’un catalogue d’exposition interactif sur le modèle du ipad de Phaidon « 1 000 objets du design » vendus 17 euros

. lancement d’une application Android lorsque le marché français le justifiera

. créer une application mobile compatible sur tous les smartphones mais il faut résoudre la solution de paiement.

Intervention 3 : Digitick et RMN

Digitick est le leader de la billetterie

l’eticketing (imprimé à  domicile + téléphone mobile) est devenu majoritaire en 2010 (56% pour la RMN)

le billet mobile représente 5% du marché (4,5% pour la RMN, 7% pour l’expo Warhol)

Le billet mobile ets compatible avec tous les téléphones mobiles (5 milliards dans le monde !)

Prévisions : 80% d’eticket dans 3

avec 1/3 à  1/4 de tickets sur mobile

car augmentation des smartphones et des solutions NFC / RFID (cf RATP).
