HISTOIRE :

Après quinze ans de travaux et trois ans de fermeture totale, le Ch teau des ducs de Bretagne, métamorphosé, a ouvert de nouveau ses portes au public le 9 février 2007. Un programme de restauration et d’aménagement de grande envergure a été mis en œuvre par la Ville de Nantes, propriétaire du monument et des collections qu’il abrite. Il fait renaà®tre ce site patrimonial en plein centre ville, emblématique de l’histoire de la ville et de celle de la Bretagne.

ORGANISATION  des outils et services numériques :

Le Ch teau des Ducs de Bretagne dispose d’un service nouvelle technologie composé d’une seule personne, Christophe Courtin. Le site internet, qui implique toutes les directions (publics, conservation …) est chapeauté   par le service de la communication.

Un budget de 3 millions d’euros a été donné pour le multimédia lors de la réouverture du musée. Tous les ans, une nouvelle politique est décidée et les budgets sont décidés selon les projets.

Les services des publics et des nouvelles technologies sont associés pour l’activité autour des audioguides.

DISPOSITIFS IN-SITU

Le Musée propose de nombreux écrans et des bornes interactives.

Une des particularités du lieu est la diffusion d’images fixes et animées en Haute définition.

Le Musée propose également un service d’audioguide. Location de l’audioguide : 3 euros.

Langues : français, anglais, allemand, espagnol, italien, breton.

INTERNET

Le site internet du Ch teau des Ducs de Bretagne présente le monument mais également le musée qu’il abrite.

Un jeu internet est également lancé sur le thème de l’exposition actuelle (du 4 avril au 27 septembre 2009), la Mer pour Mémoire. Un site évènementiel a été créé et le gagnant a pu ainsi remporter un week-end culturel dans la ville de Nantes.
