Le vendredi 20 janvier 2023, à 15.00, le CLIC France a invité ses membres à une nouvelle rencontre en ligne francophone avec Ana-Laura Baz, Directrice du développement et de l’innovation, du Musée de la Civilisation à Québec. Après le Museum of Vancouver, le Prado Museo Madrid, le MCA Sydney, le Fine Arts Museum de San Francisco et le Newark Museum of Art, il s’agit de la 6ème rencontre de notre tour du monde.

L’équipe du développement et de l’innovation du Musée de la civilisation porte trois grands projets: le réseau des Espaces bleus, l’incubateur d’innovations muséales commun avec le Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, et le laboratoire numérique MLab Creaform.

Ana-Laura Baz a présenté la démarche d’innovation au Musée de la civilisation, accompagnée de Karen Smith, chargée de projet innovation, et de Claudine Beaudoin, coordonnatrice du laboratoire numérique MLab Creaform.

L’innovation au Musée de la civilisation

L’innovation est souvent associée à la créativité, cependant certaines différences les distinguent. Le Musée de la civilisation, situé à Québec, a entrepris depuis quelques années de structurer un accompagnement à l’innovation.

Pourquoi affirmer une démarche d’innovation au Musée? Quel est l’accompagnement offert? Quels sont les résultats observés?

Ana-Laura, Karen et Claudine ont présenté l’approche du Musée, puis dialogué avec les membres du CLIC.

Avec une formation en physique et en muséologie, Ana-Laura travaille au Musée depuis 2009. Elle portait précédemment la responsabilité de l’engagement numérique.
