Wiki Loves Monuments: les gagnants du concours France 2014 célébrés au Musée des Arts et métiers

Sur les 17 000 images versées pour la France dans le cadre de l’édition 2014 de Wiki Loves Monuments, le jury a choisi 12 finalistes. Ils étaient reçus et récompensés le samedi 29 novembre au Musée des Arts et métiers, partenaire de cette édition 2014. Les images gagnantes seront d’ailleurs prochainement exposées sur les grilles du musée jusqu’en janvier 2015.

Le jury de la quatrième édition était composé d’à‰douard Hue, photographe wikimédien, lauréat des éditions 2011 et 2012 ; Laurent Manœuvre, Chef du Bureau de la diffusion numérique des collections, Direction générale des patrimoines au Ministère de la Culture et de la communication et Pierre-Yves Mevel, Wikimédien, ancien membre du conseil d’administration de Wikimédia France.

Le jury avait rendu son verdict au début du mois de novembre après avoir passé en revue au cours du mois d’octobre les 17 000 images versées pour la France dans le cadre de l’édition 2014 de Wiki Loves Monuments. Le jury et les organisateurs ont relevé une « nette amélioration de la qualité des contributions, qui compense le léger retrait en terme de volume par rapport à l’année dernière ».

Comme l’explique Christophe Henner, président de l’association Wikimedia France: « Wiki Loves Monuments représentent bien l’esprit des projets car il permet à tout le monde de contribuer aux projets très facilement, en photographiant un monument historique au coin de sa rue. Et c’est bien là l’esprit de Wikipédia, chacun peut aider à construire ce temple du savoir. »

Douze images finalistes ont été sélectionnées et le podium est le suivant :
