Les musées français et leur impact sur Facebook analysés par l’outil Shoork Metrix

La start-up française Shoork, spécialisée dans le développement d’applications pour community managers (social CRM), annonce le lancement de Shoork Metric, son premier produit pour l‘analyse de la stratégie des marques sur Facebook. Cet outil permet d’accéder à un classement des pages fans triées par secteur d’activités, mais aussi d’analyser plus précisément la manière dont les marques utilisent ces pages pour communiquer et les retombées qu’elles en retirent. Shoork Metric suit près de 1 200 pages Facebook en France.

La version Bêta, actuellement en ligne, permet de comparer les pages selon le secteur mais également d’analyser le comportement des internautes, les fameux « fans ». Plusieurs outils ciblent les bonnes pratiques et usages sur les pages Facebook.

– Le Top 10 : Le Top 10 de chaque secteur d’activité, avec de nombreux indicateurs détaillés pour ces leaders de leur marché.
– l’ analyse des posts : Quels types de contenus les acteurs d’un secteur postent-ils le plus ? A quelles heures ? Combien de posts par jour ?
– Mesure de l’engagement: Quel engagement moyen par type de contenu, ou par heure d’envoi ? Ces informations vous permettrons d’optimiser votre prochains posts pour un engagement maximum.
– Analyse des paramètres : Découvrez les informations fournies par les pages, si elles ont reçues des Checkins, quelles applications elles utilisent ?

Quid des musées français ?

Le CLIC France a sélectionné quelques résultats d’analyse des musées français les plus actifs sur Facebook.

Ce service vous permet aussi de mesurer l’engagement des fans du secteur à travers différents graphes : jours et heures les plus favorables à l’engagement des « fans », le type d’interaction, le type de contenus les plus viraux…

Dans les grandes lignes, on peut souligner que le nombre de « fans » ne reflète pas systématiquement l’engagement des internautes ou la capacité de viralité du compte. Les « fans » sont d’avantage attirés par les photos, qu’ils partagent, mais surtout « aiment ». Le bouton « J’aime » sur Facebook est devenu un réel comportement viral et la principale interaction avec les pages des musées.
