  • Nouveaux appels candidatures pour le programme ICC Immersion à Taiwan et aux Emirats Arabes Unis (jusqu’au 30/09/2025)
Le programme ICC Immersion a lancé 3 nouveaux appels à candidatures qui concernent l’Allemagne, les États-Unis, l’Indonésie et Singapour. Selon les pays, différents secteurs sont visés : muséographie, design, patrimoine touristique et industriel, jeux vidéo, musique…

ICC Immersion, programme de soutien à l’export du plan France 2030 piloté par l’Institut français et Business France, a déjà accompagné plus de 120 entreprises des industries culturelles et créatives dans le développement de leur projet à l’international.

  • France 2030 : appel à projets pour l’appropriation de l’intelligence artificielle par les industries culturelles et créatives (jusqu’au 2810/2025 puis 28 avril 2026 ; 25 novembre 2026 et 16 juin 2027)

Cet appel à projets a été conçu pour soutenir les acteurs culturels et créatifs et les apporteurs de solutions technologiques qui souhaitent développer des dispositifs qui répondent à un ou plusieurs des objectifs suivants :

. le développement de nouveaux outils contribuant à la production de nouveaux contenus culturels ou aux nouvelles expériences culturelles et artistiques, fondés notamment sur l’IA,

. le développement de solutions de partage et de valorisation de données,

. et le développement de solutions permettant de sécuriser l’exploitation des contenus et la juste rémunération des ayants droit.

  • Critères d’éligibilité des projets attendus

Les projets peuvent être présentés par un seul acteur ou plusieurs partenaires réunis dans le cadre d’un projet collaboratif. Le consortium rassemble notamment des partenaires industriels de toute taille et/ou des partenaires de recherche, académiques, universitaires.

. Les opérateurs clés de l’appel à projets et leurs critères 

Ce dispositif mobilisera deux opérateurs de France 2030, Bpifrance, à travers sa plate-forme French Touch, et la Banque des Territoires (groupe Caisse des Dépôts), avec quatre relèves de dépôts des candidatures prévues : 28 octobre 2025 ; 28 avril 2026 ; 25 novembre 2026 et 16 juin 2027.

Pour les projets opérés par Bpifrance : le chef de file doit être un acteur privé (entreprise de toute taille, EPIC, etc), le projet doit avoir une visée entrepreneuriale / lucrative et les structures publiques à visées non-lucrative peuvent candidater dans le cadre d’un consortium.

Pour les projets opérés par la Banque des territoires : le chef de file doit être un acteur public : établissement public, collectivité, GIP, association ou groupement d’acteurs publics et/ou privés (syndicat professionnel, organisme de gestion collective…) et le projet doit avoir une visée d’intérêt général.

Les projets attendus doivent présenter une assiette de dépenses éligibles minimum de 400 000 €.

Les projets attendus auront un niveau initial de Technology Readiness Level (TRL) au moins égal à 4 et viseront un niveau de TRL en fin de projet au moins égal à 7.

. Modalités de soutien 

L’aide apportée sera constituée d’une part de subvention et d’une part d’avance remboursable. Dans la plupart des cas, la part de subvention sera de 60 % au maximum et la part d’avances remboursables de 40 % au minimum.
