Le Parc Astérix présente « Atonservix », son nouveau chatbot conçu pour faciliter les visites

Depuis le 16 avril 2018, le Parc Astérix accueille un nouveau « personnage », « Atonservix », son nouveau chatbot conçu pour faciliter les visites au sein du parc d’attractions. Les visiteurs peuvent désormais poser leur question à la nouvelle mascotte numérique qui t chera de leur répondre au mieux, et enrichir ainsi leur expédition.

Atonservix, le chatbot du Parc Astérix, est actif 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7, pour répondre aux questions des visiteurs avant, pendant ainsi qu’après leur visite.

Un accompagnement complet pour les visiteurs

Atonservix est spécialement conçu pour faciliter la visite au Parc Astérix.

En amont, les visiteurs peuvent s’informer auprès du robot des offres, des horaires, ainsi que du calendrier d’ouverture du Parc. Pendant leur visite, ces derniers auront une visibilité sur les temps d’attente et sur les horaires des spectacles, sur la géolocalisation des points d’intérêts ainsi que des conseils personnalisés en fonction de leurs besoins (taille des enfants, envie de sensations, type de restauration €¦). Enfin, les visiteurs pourront évaluer leur expérience après leur visite gr ce à Atonservix.

Atonservix est accessible via le site internet du Parc Astérix et sur la messagerie directe Messenger de la page Facebook du Parc Astérix.

Développé en collaboration avec l’agence TSC, le chatbot du Parc Astérix sert de pilote pour faciliter sa duplication sur les autres parcs et destinations de loisirs de la Compagnie Des Alpes.

Un chatbot également chez Disneyland

En novembre 2017, le parc de Disneyland Paris avait déjà lancé son chatbot. Baptisé D-Bot, et ressemblant à un petit drone sympathique, il a été conçu pour soulager les téléconseillers, notamment sur les questions d’horaires. Le bilan de l’expérience a été jugé positif.

€œLe taux de satisfaction est supérieur à 85% mais il reste inférieur au taux de satisfaction mesuré auprès des conseillers humains, € souligne Chloé Wittmann, Digital Manager chez Disney.

Le périmètre d’action du bot est encore assez limité. Mais le souhait de Disneyland est de le transformer en outil de renseignement sur les billets, puis d’aide à la vente de billets pour le parc et d’assistance in-situ.

A terme, il devrait être accessible sur d’autres canaux que Facebook tels que le site Web, l’app mobile et d’autres réseaux sociaux.

Lorsque le bot ne peut répondre à une question d’un l’utilisateur, sa demande est orientée vers les télé-conseillers. Le bot a été développé par la société Equancy en s’appuyant sur des technologies Open Source.
