Andrew Lewis du Victoria and Albert Museum, situé à Londres, a rédigé un excellent rapport intitulé What’s it like for museum visitors to connect to Wi-Fi on a mobile phone? Le projet CHESS

Le principal objectif du projet CHESS (Cultural Heritage Experiences €“ en anglais seulement) vise à documenter, déployer et évaluer l’expérience interactive personnalisée des visiteurs de sites culturels ainsi que leur création par des experts du contenu culturel.

Pour y parvenir, le projet CHESS (en anglais seulement) intégrera des recherches interdisciplinaires ayant pour sujets la personnalisation et l’adaptivité, la narration numérique, les méthodologies d’interaction ainsi que les technologies mobiles et de réalité mixte axées sur la narration. La narration personnalisée s’amorce avec une visite du site de CHESS et sur lequel vous sélectionnez vos intérêts et choix pour ensuite b tir votre propre expérience.

Cette structure sera appliquée et testée sur différents types de sites du patrimoine culturel, notamment ceux de deux musées de renommée mondiale, soit le nouveau musée de l’Acropole en Grèce et la Cité de l’Espace en France.
