L’essentiel de son parcours professionnel s’est déroulé au sein de Wagram Music, acteur majeur du secteur en Europe, oà¹ il a occupé le poste de Directeur commercial et s’est chargé de développer le volume d’affaire dans tous les canaux de vente (physique ou digital) en France et à l’export pendant une dizaine d’années. Gildas Dussauze a quitté ses fonctions à l’été 2014 pour se consacrer à la création d’une solution de partage d’experiences en réalité virtuelle, l’application VRTUOZ, et à la création de nouveaux contenus culturels conçus autour de cette technologie. L’entreprise Owl Perception est née d’une association avec un expert dans la création de contenus video 360, Mr Yoann Alves, en avril 2015.

Co-inventeur du Cardboard, un masque de réalité virtuelle en carton, il participe au développement des applications culturelles pour la réalité virtuelle ainsi qu’à la création d’expériences interactives avec des artistes. Ingénieur acousticien, Damien a co-créé AudioGaming, une start-up spécialisée dans la synthèse sonore et a travaillé pour Voxler, une start-up spécialisée dans l’analyse vocale en tant que directeur technique. Il a eu l’occasion de travailler à la création de jeux vidéo comme Type:Rider.
