L’Atelier #32 du CLIC France a eu lieu le mardi 31 mai 2016 (après-midi), et était consacré au thème « Les nouveaux outils numériques pour favoriser l’accessibilité des musées et monuments ».

Les interventions et retours d’usages d’institutions culturelles et d’entreprises ont donné l’occasion de dresser un bilan de stratégies numériques d’accessibilité innovantes mais aussi de faire un panorama des nouveaux outils utilisant les nouvelles technologies au service des publics en situation de handicap.

Katie DURAND est diplômée en Histoire de l’Art (University of Glasgow) et en Ingénierie documentaire (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers). Après 6 années en tant que chef de projet au Benezit Dictionary of Artists(Editions Grà¼nd/Oxford University Press), elle a supervisé un projet de certification en accessibilité numérique à la National Gallery de Londres. Elle travaille avec BrailleNet depuis 2011, notamment sur l’organisation du Forum européen de l’accessibilité numérique. Katie est membre du comité des Jodi Awards depuis 2012, et Experte AccessiWeb en Evaluation depuis 2014.

. Alexandra DROMARD (Centre des monuments nationaux) a présenté la problématique de la mise en accessibilité de ses monuments gr ce au numérique.

Alexandra DROMARD est au Centre des monuments nationaux depuis 3 ans et demi, et encadre plus particulièrement les projets de médiation numérique au sein du département des publics. De formation initiale en histoire de l’art et en conduite de projets multimédia, elle a commencé en conception multimédia pour une exposition du musée du Louvre au High Museum d’Atlanta, et a également travaillé pour la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, avant de rejoindre à nouveau le musée du Louvre pour le projet du nouveau département des Arts de l’Islam, ouvert en septembre 2012.

De 2008 à 2010, elle participe à la conception de la Galerie des enfants du Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle de Paris comme assistante chef de projet. Elle assure plus particulièrement le suivi de production et l’intégration du parcours accessible au sein de cet espace pour les 8-12 ans. Elle rejoint ensuite l’association Signe de sens qui travaille dans une démarche de conception universelle, pour l’accès aux savoir et à la culture pour les personnes sourdes. Là , elle est chargée d’une étude sur les publics en situation de handicap mental et mène des recherches et des projets de développements. Recrutée par le Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle pour développer l’accessibilité du projet du Musée de l’Homme, elle rejoint l’équipe de rénovation en 2013 en tant que responsable de l’accessibilité et s’occupe de la mise en accessibilité des espaces (accueils, expositions, auditorium, etc.) et des messages du musée notamment gr ce à divers réalisations : maquettes, stations sensorielles, vidéos en langue des signes française et sous titrage, boucles magnétiques, etc. Aujourd’hui impliquée au sein du service des publics du Musée de l’Homme, elle poursuit son travail en direction du grand public et des visiteurs en situation de handicap.

Fabienne RUELLAN est médiatrice culturelle au musée des beaux-arts de Quimper depuis 10 ans. Elle est assistante principale de conservation 1ere classe. Elle s’occupe de la programmation de l’action culturelle du musée à destination des individuels (visites, ateliers, conférences, manifestations nationales). Elle promeut également le musée auprès des groupes : le public scolaire y est particulièrement bien représenté. Depuis 3 ans, elle œuvre à l’accessibilité du musée envers les publics en situation de handicap. Enfin, elle prend en charge une partie de la communication : programme d’activités papier, mise à jour du site web, community manager.

Marine Baudry est chargée de projet au sein du service numérique de Paris Musées depuis 2013. En plus de projets du réseau des 14 musées de la Ville de Paris (tels que les visites virtuelles pour enfant Muséosphère ou le community management des comptes de Paris Musées), elle s’occupe plus particulièrement de l’écosystème numérique des musées Cognacq-Jay, Petit Palais, Bourdelle et maison de Balzac. Ses projets englobent tout aussi bien la conception ou le suivi :

En charge des études à Audiovisit (Le Louvre, Musée d’Histoire de Marseille, Musée archéologique de Bavay, projet Ludomuse, etc.) il a acquis une connaissance poussée des attentes des visiteurs en matière de contenus et d’expérience de visite. Guillaume a également encadré de nombreuses évaluations. Son second métier de directeur des contenus lui permet de mettre en pratique les résultats de ces différentes études lorsqu’il s’agit de passer en phase de conception et production des contenus.

Chris Delepierre est entrepreneur du changement chez tri-D, la Troisième Révolution des Idées, une agence créative et innovante du Nord de la France. Expert dans les technologies de fabrication numérique et d’impression 3D, tri-D explore les nouveaux usages porteurs de sens permis par ces nouvelles technologies créatrices de possibles notamment en faveur des personnes déficientes visuelles dans le domaine de l’art, du patrimoine et de la culture au travers du projet Toucher pour Voir. Il développe également le projet Trezorium, un espace de libération et de fabrication des idées dédié aux enfants et à leurs parents qui peuvent laisser libre cours aÌ€ leur imagination et apprendre de manieÌ€re ludique les technologies numeÌriques (code creÌatif, kit eÌlectronique, fabrication numeÌrique & impression 3D €¦), graÌ‚ce une pédagogie « reÌ-creÌaC’tives » : le concept de fablab des familles en musée est ainsi née. Trezorium a ainsi pu animer le premier Museomix Kids en novombre 2015.
