Le site web du CLIC France publie dorénavant chaque semestre le Top 40 des musées et lieux patrimoniaux français sur Facebook, Twitter et Instagram. Voici le classement des premiers musées et monuments français sur les réseaux sociaux à la date du 26 janvier 2020, baromètre qui analyse l’évolution depuis janvier 2019 et janvier 2018.

En 2019, le podium des meilleures croissance sur Facebook, Instagram et twitter est occupé respectivement par l’Atelier des Lumières (+124.77%), l’Atelier des Lumières (+213.21%) et Paris Musées (+22.35%). Depuis janvier 2018, le podium des meilleures recrutements sur Facebook, Instagram et twitter est occupé respectivement par l’Opéra de Paris, le musée du Louvre et l’Opéra de Paris.

Top 40 des musées et monuments français sur Facebook

En 2019, la croissance moyenne du nombre d’abonnés aux comptes Facebook des lieux de patrimoine artistique, historique et scientifique a atteint 3.97%, soit plus de 488 000 nouveaux abonnés cumulés.

Le compte facebook de l’Atelier des Lumières réalise la meilleure performance de l’année 2019, avec une croissance de 124.77 % pour atteindre 165 325 abonnés. Avec 91 772 nouveaux abonnés, ce compte connait également le plus grand volume de recrutements suivi par le compte facebook du Louvre (53 386 nouveaux abonnés) et Opéra de Paris (37 078 nouveaux abonnés).

Dans ce nouveau Top 40 facebook, plusieurs institutions placées après la 11ème position, ont gagné de nombreuses places: Atelier des Lumières (+27), BNF (+23) et 104, Parc de la Villette et mémorial de Caen (+21).

Depuis le 1^er janvier 2018, la croissance la plus importante sur facebook est enregistrée par l’Opéra de Paris (274 249 nouveaux abonnés), Atelier des Lumières (165 325) et le Louvre (119 998).

Top 40 des musées et monuments français sur Instagram

La croissance moyenne du nombre d’abonnés Instagram des musées et monuments du Top 40 en 2019 atteint 42.1%, soit plus de 3 millions de recrutements sur 12 mois. Le nombre d’abonnés cumulés du Top 40 instagram a d’ailleurs dépassé en 2019 celui de twitter,10.209 millions contre 8.85 millions.

Sur l’année 2019, le compte instagram de l’Atelier des lumières réalise la meilleure croissance (+213.21%), suivi par la BNF (+105.49%). En nombre de recrutements, le musée du Louvre occupe la première place (avec plus d’1 million de nouveaux abonnés) suivi par le musée d’Orsay, 286 685 nouveaux abonnés.

Dans ce nouveau Top 40 instagram, 2 comptes ont gagné beaucoup de places: Gallica (+18) et Atelier des Lumières (+14).

Depuis le 1^er janvier 2018, la croissance la plus importante est celle du musée du Louvre (+2.27 millions de nouveaux abonnés) suivi par musée d’Orsay (+514 000) et centre Pompidou (+452 000).

Top 40 des musées et monuments français sur Twitter

En 2019, la croissance moyenne du nombre d’abonnés Twitter des musées et monuments du Top 40 atteint 2.24%, soit plus de 194 000 recrutements par les 40 ers comptes.

Durant cette période, le compte twitter de Paris Musées réalise la meilleure progression (+22.35%) et 9 981 nouveaux abonnés, suivi par celui du MNHN (+16.57%, + 4 299 ab) et celui du MNHN (+15.35%, +9 307 ab). Par ses recrutements, le compte twitter du musée du Louvre occupe la première place (+ 37 750 ab), suivi par Orsay (+15 794 ab) et Tour Eiffel (13 192 ab).

Dans ce nouveau Top 40 twitter, le compte du MNHN a gagné 6 places.

Depuis le 1^er janvier 2018, les comptes ayant recruté le plus de nouveaux abonnés sont Opéra de Paris (+250 624 ab), Le Louvre (+128 116 ab), et le Centre Pompidou (+59 404 ab).
