La première édition de l’événement  Art#Connexion s’est tenue au Grand Palais, du samedi 7 juillet au lundi 9 juillet 2018, et a accueilli plus de 7 000 visiteurs. Le CLIC France était partenaire média de cette manifestation et a été chargé de préparer et animer une série de conférences dans l’espace Agora de l’événement. En complément des 15 dispositifs innovants présentés dans les 4 espaces, les 13 conférences ont permis à  20 institutions et entreprises de présenter leurs réalisations et de dialoguer avec le public.

Le lundi 9 juillet 2018, après la visite officielle de la ministre de la culture, Vincent Poussou (Directeur des publics et du numérique, RMN-GP) et Roei Amit (Directeur adjoint, chargé du numérique et des multimédias, RMN-GP) ont accueilli 40 membres du CLIC France pour une visite de l’exposition Art#Connexion.

Durant les 3 jours de l’événement, 20 institutions et entreprises sont intervenues pour les conférences de l’Agora :  Universal Museum of Art, Bibliothèque Nationale de France, Paris Musées, Art of Corner, Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle, Fondation Orange, Ask Mona, Universcience, Institut du Monde Arabe, Affluences, 2nd Canvas, Institut Français, Ecole 42, HEC, Icart, Louvre Lens, MBA Lyon, PBA Lille, Musée Histoire Nantes et Audiovisit.
