Le site web du CLIC France publie chaque semestre le Top 40 des musées et lieux patrimoniaux français sur Facebook, Twitter et Instagram. Voici le classement des premiers musées et monuments français sur les réseaux sociaux à la fin décembre 2021, baromètre qui analyse également l’évolution depuis janvier 2020 et janvier 2019.

Le CLIC France et l’agence The Metrics Factory se sont associés pour réaliser un baromètre de la présence et de l’engagement des musées et lieux de patrimoine français sur les réseaux sociaux.

Les résultats 2021 ont été présentés par Mickael Cordeiro (The Metrics Factory) et Pierre-Yves Lochon (Clic France). 4 institutions (Musée Carnavalet, Mémorial de Caen, La Piscine Roubaix et Centre Pompidou) sont également intervenues.

Pour ce nouveau TOP 40 Fin 2021, les données d’abonnés ont été comptabilisées le 27 décembre 2021.

Les plus fortes croissances annuelles depuis 2019 et 2020

Entre décembre 2020 et décembre 2021, le podium des meilleures croissance sur Facebook, Instagram et Twitter est occupé respectivement par le Opéra de Paris (+55.53%), Gallica (+83.46%) et Ch teau de Chambord (+48.60%).

Entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021, le podium des meilleures taux de recrutements sur Facebook, Instagram et Twitter est occupé respectivement par l’Atelier des Lumières (+147.17%), le Musée de l’Homme (+391.02%) et Ch teau de Chambord (+126.72%).

En décembre 2021, les 5 lieux culturels les plus puissants sur les 3 réseaux sont le musée du Louvre (8 919 388 abonnés cumulés, +2.61% entre avril et décembre 2021), le Centre Pompidou (2 996 356,+4.7%), le musée d’Orsay (2 951 637, +2.08%), la Tour Eiffel (2 670 737, +1.5%) et le Ch teau de Versailles (2 310 922,+4.88%).

Entre avril et décembre 2021, le Centre Pompidou a gagné une place au profit du Musée d’Orsay.

Le 27 décembre 2021, le nombre abonnés cumulés des 40 comptes Facebook a atteint 13 944 591, soit une croissance de 792 094 abonnés entre janvier et décembre 2021 (+5.98%) et de 1 174 264 entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021 (+9.13%).

Fin décembre 2021, le TOP 40 Facebook est dominé par les 3 mêmes comptes: Musée du Louvre (2 596 035 abonnés), Tour Eiffel (2 078 308) et le musée d’Orsay (914 237).

Entre décembre 2020 et décembre 2021, le podium des meilleurs taux de croissance sur Facebook est occupé par Opéra de Paris (+54.4%, +173 185 nouveaux abonnés), la BNF (+23.12%, +36 677 ab) et le CMN (+20.18%, +18 568 ab). En volume, les 3 plus fortes progressions sont enregistrées par Opéra de Paris (+173 185 nouveaux abonnés), le Centre Pompidou (+ 78 413) et le Musée d’Orsay (+47 528).

Entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021, le podium des meilleures croissance annuelle sur Facebook est occupé par Opéra de Paris (+79.14%, +217 044 nouveaux abonnés), la BNF (+40.95%, +56 751 ab) et le MNHN (+35.85%, +33 383 ab). En volume, les 3 plus fortes progressions sont enregistrées par Opéra de Paris (+217 044 nouveaux abonnés), Centre Pompidou (+95 762) et Musée du Louvre (+82 702).

Quelques changements dans le classement des comptes Facebook du Top 40, entre avril et décembre 2021: l’Opéra de Paris gagne une place (de 7 à 6), le Palais de Tokyo gagne 1 place (de 9 à 8), la BNF gagne 3 place (de 21 à 18), et la Gaité Lyrique gagne 12 places (de 44 à 32).

Entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021, le TOP 40 a gagné 1 174 264 abonnés Facebook cumulés, soit une progression globale de 9.13%.

Top 40 Instagram en décembre 2021 et évolution depuis janvier 2020 et décembre 2020

Le 27 décembre 2021, le nombre abonnés cumulés des 40 comptes Instagram a atteint 13 667 868, soit une croissance de 1 398 975 abonnés entre janvier et décembre 2021 (+11.53%) et de 3 474 495 entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021 (+34.16%).

Fin décembre 2021, le TOP 40 Instagram est dominé par les 3 mêmes comptes: Musée du Louvre (4 781 342 abonnés), musée d’Orsay (1 298 928) et Centre Pompidou (1 135 718).

En volume, les 3 plus fortes progressions sont enregistrées par le musée du Louvre (+28 824), l’Institut Lumière (+22 117) et Ch teau de Versailles (+11 111).

Entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021, le podium des meilleures croissance annuelle sur Twitter est occupé par l’Institut Lumière (+107.48%, +24 209), le Ch teau de Chambord (+70.48%, +18 325 ab) et Paris Musées (+38.83%, +21 219 ab). En volume, les 3 plus fortes progressions sont enregistrées par le musée du Louvre (+62 403), le musée d’Orsay (+33 051) et l’Institut Lumière (+24 209).

Quelques changements dans le classement des comptes Twitter du Top 40, entre avril et décembre 2021: Petit Palais (+2, de 20 à 18), Paris Musées (+3, de 23 à 20), l’Institut Lumière (+12, de 41 à 29), MNHN (+2, de 35 à 33) et musée des Arts et métiers (+2, de 42 à 40).

Entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2021, le TOP 40 a gagné 311 152 abonnés Twitter cumulés, soit une progression globale de 3.54%.
